Building Inclusive Communities

We have the privilege to support wonderfully unique Service Users, with different abilities, backgrounds, and interests. However, the Service Users we support can face barriers in their lives due to their diagnoses, which can affect their independence, opportunities, and quality of life.

The purpose of our role is to support them to build their lives, realise and reach their true potential by being their advocate, their cheerleader, their coach, and their safety net, whichever is needed in the moment.

We believe that it is our values that make us effective in this role, so our recruitment process was created on value-based questions that explore who you are as a person.

We do not require any previous experience or qualifications, we welcome applications from everyone, including People with Disabilities, Care Leavers, ex-Armed Forces, their spouses, and People with Convictions.

If you believe you can make a difference in someone life, go to Our Vacancies for more details.
